Briton Andy Murray wins second Miami Open title

Briton Andy Murray has bagged his second Miami Open title, by defeating Spain's David Ferrer in a high voltage final, played late last night. Murray came from a set behind and battled past Ferrer, 2-6, 6-4, 7-6.

Besides, the win has also helped Murray regain the World Number Two ranking. He surpassed Swiss Roger Federer for the second spot and is behind Serbia's World Number One, Novak Djokovic.

Meanwhile, the Russian-Slovenian combination of Nadia Petrova and Katarina Srebotnik has won the Women's Doubles trophy. The third seeded pair defeated the American-British team of Lisa Raymond and Laura Robson, 6-1, 7-6.
